After years in the transportation industry, the Maxwell’s saw a need for a more sophisticated way to transport oil. Scott & Donna founded Maxwell Tank Lines, INC. in 1983 with both the safety of their driver's and product in mind. Together they built a fleet of specialty oil carriers outfitted to ensure quality control during transit - free of moisture, air & heat.
